Hi! the language is not a problem at all. Most information is translated into English and the Japanese are notoriously polite they will go out of their way to assist you if you get lost in translation.

Hotel Atitlán is probably one of the most expensive and is a little out of the center of town. Some other great options that are right in town include Dos Mundos, Jardines del Lago, and Hotel Regis. Hotel Regis also includes hot springs right on the property.
